The Bridgestone BT002 was
the very highest performance DOT-approved race tire available, right up until
the 003 came on the scene. This tire has been discontinued, but we have a
precious few remaining in stock. Please call for info and
availability.
This tire comes in three different compounds (see the
listing below). If you're not sure which compound you need, send us and email
and let us know what you're riding, and where (sprints, endurance, etc.) and
we'll make sure you get the right stuff.

The BT002 RS
(Race/Street) has not been discontinued though, so if you're looking for a
great track day tire at a great price, look no further. If you're planning on
using the tires for any street riding at all, check these babies out for sure.
Go back to the 'Tires' page and click the 'Trackday' button.

PLEASE READ THESE
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The tires we sell are Bridgestone racing tires. They
are not intended for street use. If you are not going to use these tires on a
race track, do not buy them. This includes the DOT-approved models (except the
new RS tire).
2. If the tires you are buying are described as 'rain
tires' they are NOT for use in dry conditions. Race rains are extremely soft,
and will overheat, lose traction, and wear out in short order on dry pavement.
DO NOT use them in dry conditions, ever.
